  • Free initial consultation - in person or email/telephone
  • One/two in-person meetings, approximately one week prior to event, to discuss event details, timeline, vendors, responsibilities and expectations

Wedding Day Coordination

  • All of above, plus:
  • Vendor visits
  • Wedding rehearsal coordination - entire wedding party should attend to be sure everyone is on the same page and aware of where they need to be and what they need to do
  • Wedding day coordination - include all responsibilities and expectations discussed previously
  • Coordinate reception activities, i.e., dances, bouquet toss, etc. 
  • Keeping and eye on the timeline of the day to keep things moving
  • We arrive 2 hours before the wedding and leave after the wedding activities are done and your reception party starts

Pricing

  • Prices are charged at a flat rate, which includes the rehearsal (who walks where, when and how) and the wedding day coordination
  • A la carte services, charged by the job, are available: gift bag assembly/delivery, vendor referrals, pick up favors from vendor, etc. No job too big or too small 
  • If you require consulting services before your event beyond the agreed upon flat rate package, an hourly rate will apply
  • One half of flat rate due upon signing the contract and the other half due 30 days prior to event
  • If event is to be held in less than 30 days, total flat rate is due upon signing of the contract

Welcome Bag/Basket Assembly/Delivery

Don't spend your wedding week putting together the 'Welcome Bags/Baskets' for your guests. We will order the items, assemble and deliver your bags to you. One less thing for you to think about before the big day.

With enough lead time, 'private label' 8 oz or 16 oz water bottles, candy bars, etc., can be  ordered.

Notary Public

  • Services include signature witnessings for real estate transactions, documents, etc, oaths and affirmations,  issuances of summons for witnesses, witnessings of bank safe, vault or box openings
  • Fast, convenient service. Please have ready your completed documents and a valid identification card, i.e., driver's license, state issued ID card, military ID or a valid passport.
